Join us for this informative tour of Independent Electricity System Operator (IESO).
The IESO works at the heart of Ontario's power system. It delivers key services across the electricity sector including: managing the power system in real-time, planning for the province's future energy needs, enabling conservation and designing a more efficient electricity marketplace to support sector evolution.
The centre is located at 2635 Lakeshore Rd West in Mississauga, which is on the north side of Lakeshore, just east of Winston Churchill. You will come through the west gates, which are beside a garden centre. Drivers have to stop at the gate. Use the intercom to identify yourself and mention the name Jane Lecky, who will be the key contact on the day. You can then proceed slowly to the Visitor Parking areas. Carpooling is requested.
Please plan to arrive at 9:50 am, which will give us time to get you checked in and settled before the presentation starts. Everyone needs to bring two pieces of ID, at least one of which is government-issued photo ID.
Price: $10 per person
